Standard string sets are usually in stock and ship the same day, or the next day.

Custom string sets may take a bit longer to ship.

Most other accessories are also stocked and will ship the same day or the next day.

Returns:
You must send an email first if you want to return an item for a refund. Returns on open string packages are not accepted unless faulty (missing strings, wrong gauges etc.).

are shipped via Priority mail ($5 for virtually any order). Paypal's shopping cart software calculates based on your total order amount, not package contents, so additional shipping funds may be required (rarely). An email will be sent requesting the funds.
